Green Bay Blizzard News Release
The Green Bay Blizzard welcome the Arkansas Twisters to the Resch Center this Friday at 7:30 for the frst meeting in Green Bay between the two. The Blizzard and Twisters have only met once before in Little Rock, Arkansas back in 2005 which ended with the Blizzard holding off a Twister comeback for a Green Bay win.
Blizzard WR Robert Garth had a standout game scoring fve total touchdowns, 4 offensive touchdowns and one defensive interception returned for a touchdown. These plays earned Garth the offensive player of the game and Ironman of the game awards.
The Twisters are coming off their frst loss of the season to the Tennessee Valley Vipers which ended on a last second touchdown pass and extra point to put the Vipers on top at the end of regulation. The Blizzard are back on track with a big win over the Quad City Steamwheelers.
The UW-Wisconsin Alumni Marching Band will entertain fans in attendance during halftime and also after the game with their legendary 5th quarter performance.
