
Utah Flash Give Fans Chance Of A Lifetime

OREM, UT, Feb. 12, 2010 - The Utah Flash announced today a unique basketball opportunity for players of all skill levels. In the first annual Utah Flash 3-on-3 tournament players will be competing for a chance to suit up with the professionals for a game with the Flash.
The tournament will take place on Sat. February 20, 2010 at the Utah Valley University Events Center. The 3-on-3 teams of up to five players each will be placed into a tournament with the winners getting to experience life as a professional that very same evening. Each team is guaranteed at least three games during the tournament.
"This is a great way for our fans to get a up close and personal experience with a professional basketball team," said Flash Team President Joe Brown. "One of the great things about the NBA Development League is the access fans can have to their favorite coaches and players."
The top five teams will be eligible for prizes while the grand prize will be the ability to suit up in a Flash uniform, participate in the pregame pep talk, and even warm-up with the team. The 3-on-3 winners will wear their Flash uniform while they sit on the Flash bench and cheer on the team to victory.
Registration is ongoing and the cost is $60 per team. To register call the Utah Flash front office at (801) 434-4667. Teams will be registered on a first-come first-serve basis.
