
Replacements Announced For 2010 NBA D-League Dream Factory Friday Night

NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2010 - Austin's Alonzo Gee, Maine's Trey Gilder and Idaho's Donell Taylor were today selected to replace Maine's Bill Walker (NBA recall) Tulsa's Deron Washington (injured) and Utah's Dontell Jefferson (injured) in the Slam Dunk Competition and NBA D-League Haier Shooting Stars competitions, respectively.
Gee, who is averaging 20.3 points for the Toros and Gilder, who is averaging 14.4 points for the Red Claws, will display their high-flying skills against Albuquerque's Tony Danridge and Los Angeles' Dar Tucker in the Slam Dunk Competition as part of the 2010 NBA D-League Dream Factory Friday Night presented by Haier. Gilder will also participate in the Haier Shooting Stars competition. Both Gee and Gilder will play in the 2010 NBA D-League All-Star game on Saturday.
Taylor will display his shooting speed and accuracy in the 2010 NBA D-League Haier Shooting Stars Competition against 11 other NBA D-League players.
The third annual NBA D-League Dream Factory Friday night will take place tonight at 10 p.m. ET on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas and be streamed live on nba.com.
NBA D-League All-Star action continues when the fourth annual NBA D-League All-Star Game comes to Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas on Saturday, Feb. 13 and will be televised live on NBA TV at 3 p.m. ET.
