South Georgia Tormenta FC News Release
STATESBORO, Ga. ¬" South Georgia Tormenta FC takes on Union Omaha on Friday, Oct. 1, at 8 p.m. ET for its final home match at Erk Russell Park before moving into Tormenta Stadium in 2022. United Soccer League president Jake Edwards will be attending the celebration.
Tormenta FC comes into the match with two weeks of rest and the chance of a playoff run still in sight. The club looks for a dominant win to close out its 2021 home schedule before carrying that momentum into its final road stretch.
After hosting Union Omaha on Friday, Tormenta FC closes out its 2021 season with three road trips to Fort Lauderdale CF, FC Tucson and North Carolina FC.
