Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC News Release


Colorado Springs, CO (February 10, 2017) - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC will be hosting open tryouts this weekend in search of new talent to add to the 2017 squad. The Switchbacks will then be hosting a media event at the Antlers Hotel on February 14th to make a major announcement.

Over 60 players from across the world will be competing for two-spots in the Switchbacks pre-season squad. The tryout sessions will take place from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. on February 11th & 12th. Pride Soccer Complex is located at: 8700 E Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs, CO, 80908.

Coaching staff will be made available for comments. Please contact Communications Manager, Joel Huber, when you will be attending tryouts so that proper arrangements can be made.

The Switchbacks will then be hosting a media event at the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs on Tuesday, February 14th at 10:00 a.m. Players will officially be arriving and revealing the 2017 jerseys.. The Switchbacks are inviting media to the event as a major announcement will be made at the event.
