Unused Ticket Days Announced

(Central Islip, N.Y., Aug. 2, 2011) - The Long Island Ducks today announced that Tuesday, August 9, Tuesday, August 16, Monday, August 22, and game one of the Saturday, September 10 doubleheader (1:05 p.m.) will be Unused Ticket Days at Bethpage Ballpark. If you couldn't make it out to a ballgame this season and are still in possession of your unused tickets, the Ducks are offering fans holding unused tickets the chance to exchange them for ones of equal or lesser value at the Bethpage Ballpark Box Office, subject to availability.
"We value each of our fans and want to make sure that everyone has a chance to come out and enjoy Ducks baseball," says Ducks president and general manager Michael Pfaff. "We're happy to extend this opportunity and hope to see all the fans who couldn't make it out to the games earlier in the season here at Bethpage Ballpark during our Unused Ticket Days."
Ticket holders interested in exchanging their unused tickets can do so by visiting the Bethpage Ballpark Box Office. Tickets can be exchanged for games on Tuesday, August 9 against the Bridgeport Bluefish, Tuesday, August 16 against the Road Warriors, Monday, August 22 against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, or during the day game of a doubleheader on Saturday, September 10 against the Camden Riversharks, which is also a peanut free game at the ballpark. The games on August 9, 16, and 22 will begin at 7:05 p.m., with the ballpark gates opening at 6:05, while the September 10 game will begin at 1:05 p.m., with the gates opening at 12:05. A one dollar fee per ticket will be applied to account for the Suffolk County surcharge on all tickets.
The exchanging of tickets must be done at the Bethpage Ballpark Box Office, and cannot be done over the phone or via the Internet. For more information, please contact the ticket office at (631) 940-TIXX.
