Two Hurlers Return to RedWolves

The RedWolves announce the return of two pitchers to the 2013 staff. Current Clemson closer Matt Campbell who played for the RedWolves during the 2011 season and 2012 pitcher Travis Felax from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville will help highlight what looks to be a stellar pitching staff for the upcoming season. Campbell a 6-0/195 Jr. RHP was 1-0 in 8 appearances with a 1.19 ERA and struck out 41 in 45.1 innings of work. With the Tigers in 2013 Campbell is currently 1-1 with 6 saves in 18 appearances with a 4.58 ERA and has 25 strikeouts in 19.2 innings pitched. Felax a 6-4/230lb Jr. RHP was 2-3 in 7 appearances with a 4.50 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 40 innings pitched. Felax currently has a record of 3-4 in 9 appearances with a 1.95 ERA and has 46 strikeouts in 64.2 innings pitched.
Company Outing Opportunities: The RedWolves are now booking dates for businesses/groups to hold an outing during a RedWolves home game this season. Sparrow Stadium has a suite and deck area that groups can rent for a game along with meal/ticket packages that offer a unique opportunity for businesses to provide an exclusive area to host an employee night or client appreciation event with great food, great fun at a great venue. Team/Birthday Parties- The RedWolves are also now booking dates for the All Star Sports Baseball Buddies program. At each of the RedWolves home game a team or birthday party group will receive a hot dog, drink, bag of chips and a Baseball Buddies T-shirt for just $10 per person. The kids will also get their names called and run out on the field with the RedWolves players during the starting line up announcements and stay on the field thru the singing of the National Anthem. Only one team per home game and dates are first come first serve. Call 629-0700 to book your date.
USA National Team Game Tickets on Sale beginning May 13th. Box seat and general admission tickets for the June 28th game of the RedWolves vs the USA National Team will go on sale May 13th at 10am. Box seat tickets are $8 and General Admission Tickets are $7 each. If you are a season ticket holder this game is included in your package. Only 1500 tickets are available for this game, so get yours early. Tickets can be purchased by phone or by coming by the RedWolves office at 121 Evander Dr Rm 121. Tickets must be paid for at time when reserving.
