Twisters To Get Early Test From Scrimmage With Bossier-Shreveport

(North Little Rock, AR) - The Arkansas Twisters will scrimmage the Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings on Wednesday, March 19th at the CenturyTel Center in Bossier City, Louisiana. The scrimmage will be closed to the public, but media is invited to attend.
Both teams will use the scrimmage to work on game. Score and stats will not be kept in an official capacity.
The scrimmage will begin at 1pm and last approximately 2-3 hours.
The Twisters open the 2008 season on the road at Oklahoma City on April 5th with the home opener the following Friday on April 11th against rival and defending af2 champion Tulsa. Season tickets are on sale now and fans can purchase tickets by calling 975-KICK or by logging onto www.arkansastwisters.com.
