The Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL (affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers) have reassigned forward Carsen Twarynski to the Kelowna Rockets.

The 20-year-old is entering his fourth WHL season, and second with the Rockets.

Through four seasons Twarynski has collected 43 goals and 67 assists for 110 points in 189 career games split between the Calgary Hitmen and the Kelowna Rockets. He amassed 7 goals and 15 assists for 22 points in 28 games with Kelowna. He also added 4 goals and 7 assists for 11 points in 37 post season games including 3 goals and 2 assists for 5 points in 16 playoff games for Kelowna last season.

The 6'2 200lb power forward from Calgary, AB adds offence, grit, and a veteran presence to the Rockets roster.

Catch Twarynski and the rest of the Rockets on Wednesday, October 4th, when the Victoria Royals visit Prospera Place for a mid-week B.C. Division matchup.
