
Tulsa 66ers Acquire Guard Garrett Williamson

TULSA, Okla., Jan. 20, 2011-- The Tulsa 66ers announced Thursday they have acquired guard Garrett Williamson via the available player pool.
Williamson (6-5/200) most recently played this season with the Austin Toros of the NBA D-League. The Lower Merion, Pa., native played in nine games (three starts), averaging 6.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and two assists in 21.3 minutes for the Toros.
Williamson was drafted in the fourth round of the 2010 D-League Draft by Austin out of St. Joseph's University. His senior season he averaged 12.1 points and 3.9 assists for the Hawks.
He will be in uniform wearing No. 15 when the Tulsa 66ers host on the Reno Bighorns tonight at 7 p.m. inside the Tulsa Convention Center.
