Troy Returns To Play At Fifth Third Field

DAYTON, OH - For the fifth consecutive season the Dayton Dragons will host high school baseball, as 42 area high school teams will play regular season games at Fifth Third Field. All games are sponsored by the U.S. Army.
The Troy Trojans head to the Dragons' home field to battle Dayton Christian on Tuesday, April 13th at 7:00 PM.
Troy will play its fourth game in as many seasons at Fifth Third Field.
The U.S. Army is the title sponsor of the 2010 high school baseball program at Fifth Third Field. With this support from the U.S. Army, more than 600 student athletes will have the opportunity to play at Fifth Third Field. All games are free to attend and the media are invited to cover them. Gates will open one hour prior to the first game played that day. The high schools may provide their own PA announcers, cheer squads, and national anthem singers. Some even bring their own radio broadcasters to the ballpark. Participating high schools sell Dragons tickets to help raise money for their programs.
