Trocheck Tallies 3 Goals in Team White Victory

(Saginaw, MI) Team White took the first game of the Saginaw Spirit Blue White Series with an 8-4 victory over Team Blue. Rookie forward Vince Trocheck (93) garnered the spotlight for Team White with three goals.

In addition to the three markers tallied by Trocheck, Team White saw scoring from veteran forward Barry Sanderson (90) along with prospect forwards Daniel Clairemont (92), Mark Scheifele (93), Alec Shields (91) and Dylan Fitze (92).

Scoring for Team Blue were Spirit blueliner Nick Crawford (90) and Spirit forward John Kavanagh (91). Rookie defenseman Matt Braun (92) and forward Billy Ulrick (93) also notched goals in the effort.

The Blue White games continue today with a contest at 3:00 PM with the series wraping up Friday, August 28 at 9:00 AM. The Blue White games are played at the Saginaw Bay Ice Arena. The camps are held in conjunction with the Saginaw Spirit Training Camp, presented by Meijer with support from Four Points by Sheraton and Blue Lakes Charters and Tours.
