Training Camp Roster Announced

Windsor, ON - The Windsor Express have announced their 2015 training camp roster. The roster includes five Canadians and nine former NCAA Division I athletes. The club is also pleased to invite three former University of Windsor players into camp.
Windsor Express interim head coach Tony Jones says he is ready to begin his first training camp as a head coach in the National Basketball League of Canada.
"I'm excited about the players that the organization have brought in to vie for a roster spot on this year's team," Jones said. "I believe it will be a very competitive training camp with guys competing feverishly for a permanent spot on the roster. I'm looking forward to working with some quality young men who all have impressive resumes and will help us compete for another championship."
Players will arrive in Windsor on December 9th for orientation and camp will begin on December 10th at the John Atkinson Memorial Community Centre. The seventeen-man squad will be trimmed down to twelve before heading into the home opener on December 26th vs. the Orangeville A's.
Fans can get their first look at the roster in action on December 13th as the Express will play an exhibition game against the Lima Express at St. Clair College's SportsPlex at 7:00pm. Tickets are available at the SportsPlex and at www.windsorexpress.ca.
