WINNIPEG, MB - The following is a list of happenings from Day 4 of the 2006 Winnipeg Blue Bombers training camp:
STARS OF THE DAY: OL Obby Khan, LB Neil McKinlay, RB Henri Childs, DT Ron Warner.
NEW ARRIVALS: K Brian Claybourn and K Kirk Yliniemi.
DEPARTURES: None.
INJURIES: RB Onterrio Smith (foot, week), S Shawn Gallant (knee, day-to-day), DB Robert Bean (hamstring, week), S Ian Logan (hamstring, day-to-day), LB Cedric Dickerson (abdomen, week), SB Chad Rempel (hamstring, week), RB David Stevens (hamstring, day-to-day), SB Blair Atkinson (hamstring, week), SB Jeff Schieman (quad, week).
TEAM NEWS: RB Charles Roberts and new teammate Onterrio Smith got acquainted with one another during practice. OL Obby Khan got his first work in at centre. The Blue Bombers open the exhibition season FRIDAY, JUNE 2 at 7 p.m. when they host the Montreal Alouettes at Canad Inns Stadium.
