Training Camp Opens Monday

WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Thunder begins training camp for the 2010-11 season on Monday, October 4th at the Wichita Ice Center.
Training camp is open to the public. The Wichita Ice Center is located at 505 W. Maple St. Below is the full camp schedule:
2010 Thunder Training Camp Schedule
October 4th: 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 3:00-4:00 p.m.
October 5th: 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 3:00-4:00 p.m.
October 6th: 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 3:00-4:00 p.m.
October 7th: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
October 8th: vs. Tulsa (exhibition) 7:05 p.m. at Wichita Ice Center
October 9th: at Tulsa (exhibition) 7:05 p.m. at Oilers Ice Center
October 10th: No practice
October 11th: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
October 12th: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
October 13th: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
October 14th: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Tickets for the October 8th exhibition game are just $10.00 General Admission. The Thunder opens the 2010-11 regular season on Friday, October 15th against the Tulsa Oilers at the BOK Center. Wichita hosts Tulsa the following night at the INTRUST Bank Arena for their 2010 home opener. Tickets are on sale now for all 33 Thunder home games.
