Jacks Add to Training Camp Roster with Five More Players

ODESSA, TX - With the first practice of Central Hockey League training camp just five days away, the Odessa Jackalopes announced today the addition of five players to the team's roster. Forwards Jordan Chong, Morgan MacLean, defensemen Chris Clark, Ryan Ramage, and goaltender Richard Stine will be with the team when training camp begins on Monday.

MacLean and Clark are the only ones with prior pro experience among the players. MacLean scored eight goals and added 14 assists last season with the Corpus Christi IceRays in his rookie campaign. Clark spent the last two years between the East Coast Hockey League and the Southern Professional Hockey League adding up eight goals and eight assists in 60 professional contests.

Chong comes to the Jackalopes after a four year career at NCAA Division III, St. Scholastica. In 109 games, the forward recorded 46 goals and 44 assists for 90 points in his collegiate career.

Ramage also just completed a four-year college career with Buffalo State. The 6'0", 185-pound defenseman skated in 83 games and tallied 35 points on seven goals and 28 helpers.

Stine (STYN) is a 6'3", 195-pound goaltender from Connecticut who played junior hockey in Ontario and Boston, MA in the Eastern Junior Hockey League.

Below is the scheduled roster for the beginning of training camp. More players could be added at a later date.

The Odessa Jackalopes are the Central Hockey League affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders and the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
