Tampa Bay Tornados News Release
Atlanta, GA, Nov 1 - One Earth Foundation announced their national HIV/AIDS prevention initiatives will include the launch of Living for a Cure® Wristbands. The red Living for a Cure® Wristband symbolizes awareness among humankind in promoting a consciousness about the devastating AIDS disease. The foundation's mission is to reduce the number of individuals infected daily by raising the nation's level of awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
About 'Living for a Cure®' Wristbands
The 'Living for a Cure®' Wristband represents One Earth uniting people to fight the spread of HIV/AIDS and to support efforts that encourage finding a cure for this deadly disease. Tracy Carr, Founder and President, of One Earth Foundation said, "Now, more then ever before, the challenge to stop the AIDS epidemic is paramount. Considering the facts, preventive AIDS education is critically needed in America's Inner Cities. While there is no cure at this time--only treatment--for the AIDS virus, prevention is still the only cure". Support One Earth Foundation's National HIV/AIDS Campaign by ordering a Living for a Cure® Red Awareness Wristband, for purchase price of $2 each, by logging on to http://www.1earthfoundation.org. 100% of the purchase price goes toward the goal of raising $5 million for improved education, health/human services and research for people infected/affected with the HIV virus.
