ON THE SCORESHEET

- Brendan Leipsic opened the scoring for the Marlies, his fifth point in the last five games

- Andrew Campbell assisted on the second Marlies goal, his third straight game with an assist.

- Matt Frattin recorded his fourth goal of the season, his tenth point of the year.

- Josh Leivo assisted on the opening goal of the game; he now has 10 assists and 16 points in 17 games.

NOTABLES

- Through the first 20 games of the season the Marlies are 15-4-1-0, their best record through the 20 game mark in franchise history.

- The Marlies continued their success on the power play which has now converted an opportunity in each of the last nine games.

- Scott Harrington skated in his first game as a Marlie, he was held pointless.
