- Matt Frattin recorded his fourth goal of the season, his tenth point of the year.
- Josh Leivo assisted on the opening goal of the game; he now has 10 assists and 16 points in 17 games.
NOTABLES
- Through the first 20 games of the season the Marlies are 15-4-1-0, their best record through the 20 game mark in franchise history.
- The Marlies continued their success on the power play which has now converted an opportunity in each of the last nine games.
- Scott Harrington skated in his first game as a Marlie, he was held pointless.
- This was the first of five games the Marlies will play at the Air Canada Centre. Their next game is December 6th when they welcome the Manitoba Moose and host their annual Teddy Bear Toss game.
- The Marlies remain first in the North Division and second in the AHL and Eastern Conference.
