Toronto FC Set to Host Columbus Crew Sc in 2018 Home Opener

2018 will mark the Reds' twelfth season in Major League Soccer
Major League Soccer (MLS) announced Tuesday that Toronto FC will begin their MLS Cup title defence when they host Columbus Crew SC in their 2018 home opener at BMO Field. The match will take place on Saturday, March 3 with kick-off set for 1:00 p.m. ET. This will be the first time in Club history Toronto FC will play its MLS season opening match in Toronto. The Reds hold an all-time record of 6-4-1 in home openers.
Toronto FC will have a Week 2 bye and resume league play with the first instalment of the 401 Derby when they take on the Montreal Impact in their home opener at Olympic Stadium on Saturday, March 17 with kick-off set for 3:00 p.m. ET.
The complete 2018 MLS Regular Season schedule, broadcast information along with kick-off times will be announced at a later date.
