CHESTER, Pa. - Philadelphia Union II played Toronto FC II on Wednesday night at York Lions Stadium, drawing 1-1. The first half was an offensive battle with both teams having four shots, despite the half remaining scoreless. Union II midfielder Jeremy Rafanello scored the first goal of the game in the 56th minute with a shot from outside of the box. In the 83rd minute, Antony Curic found the back of the net to tie the game, leading the match to be decided by a shootout. Philadelphia Union II scored two shots in the shootout, losing the extra point to Toronto who converted four.

Philadelphia Union II return home on Sunday, July 16 (6:00 p.m. ET / Apple TV) where they play the New York Red Bulls II at Subaru Park.
