
Toronto FC Acquires Right of First Refusal for Ben Spencer from Real Salt Lake

Toronto FC announced Thursday that the club has acquired the Right of First Refusal for forward Ben Spencer from Real Salt Lake in exchange for Targeted Allocation Money (TAM).
Spencer, 20, most recently spent the 2015 season on loan with Toronto FC's USL affiliate Toronto FC II. He made no appearances for the club as he was rehabbing from an injury. He was originally acquired on loan from Molde Fotballklubb (Molde FK) of the Norwegian Tippeligaen on April 23, 2015.
