SPRINGDALE, Ark. - The No. 1-rated Arkansas Aeros moved into the All-Star break with a 147-115 victory Thursday night over the Waco Wranglers.
The Aeros (20-2) outscored Waco (1-14) 75-47 in the second half on their way to their 13th victory against no defeats this year at the All-Star Sports Arena in Springdale. It was also the Aeros ninth straight victory.
Daryan Selvy led Arkansas with 38 points on the strength of a 14 of 20 effort from the field. The Aeros two selections for this weekend's All-Star contest, Todd Day and Curtis Haywood had 26 and 25 respectively.
Jeffrey Saddler led Waco with 29 points.
The Aeros return from the All-Star break for a home contest Friday, Feb. 2 against the Arkansas RiverCatz.
