No. 4: George Malki, Aaron Dennis, Schillo Tshuma score first professional goals
Forward Chiva Cuevas said about it: "I think it's something everyone remembers."
Midfielder Jonathan Top said about it: ""You want more, honestly. You get there and you're like 'I've had a taste of it. I like it and I just want to keep scoring goals.'"
And forward Dennis Chin said about it: "You know, when you score, you kind of go crazy. You don't even think. You do the dumbest things ever."
Everyone handles their first professional goal a little differently. And in 2015, three Arizona United SC players notched their first professional tally. The first of the trio came on July 2 when George Malki tapped in a goal on the road against Portland Timbers FC 2.
The second came on August 22 at home against Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2. Forward Aaron Dennis, a late-match sub, headed in a failed shot attempt to seal a 2-0 win over Whitecaps 2.
The last of the trio was also the most dramatic. It happened on August 29 against LA Galaxy II. In front of a home crowd, and down a man, Schillo Tshuma came to the rescue with a 90th-minute winner to sweep the season series against Los Dos.
