Tonight's Game Cancelled & Rescheduled for Wednesday
July 26, 2011 - North American League (NAmL)
Edmonton Capitals News Release
Tonight's North American League game between the Edmonton Capitals and Chico Outlaws has been cancelled due to rain forcing unplayable field conditions at TELUS Field. Any fans who had tickets for Tuesday's cancelled game may use those tickets for Wednesday's rescheduled game, or redeem them for any other Caps home game during the 2011 season.
The Caps (31-25) and Outlaws (27-28) will now conclude their three-game series on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The game will be another edition of K-97 Wiener Wednesdays featuring $2 hot dogs, and the $2 Tuesday promotion will also be carried over, so fries, nachos, ice cream, pizza by the slice and all-you-can-drink slushies will also be $2.
The Capitals are the city's most affordable entertainment option in the summer featuring Edmonton's largest patio! Flex packs are available in multiples of eight for $48 less than day-of-game pricing. Individual game tickets start at $10 in advance and can be purchased at the Capitals Box Office (10233 - 96 Ave) during regular business hours Monday through Friday, at any Ticketmaster location, online at capsbaseball.ca or via phone at 780-414-GOAL (4625).
