Johnstown, PA- The Johnstown Tomahawks announced their Promotional Schedule for the upcoming 2019-20 season. The schedule features several unique giveaways, special events, celebrity appearances and the return of fan favorites theme nights that have kept fans engaged for years!
Returning this season are popular events like HOME OPENER, Pucks & Paws Night, New Year's Eve celebration, Throwback Night, Faceoff Against Cancer Night, Faith & Family Night, Military Appreciation Weekend, Guns & Hoses, Teddy Bear Toss, Star Wars Night and Fan Appreciation Weekend.
This season will also see the addition of several new promotions, including the first-ever Kids Eat Free Games, Holiday Music Fest which will feature local bands, and a weekday Student Council game featuring over 1200 students from across the state. There will be a very anticipated BOBBLE HEAD giveaway series honoring four members associated with the organization, featuring a Legends Series with Johnstown Jets Reg Kent, a Staffer Series featuring longtime volunteer Charles Johnson, a Players Series featuring Tomahawks captain Chris Trouba, and a Coaches Series featuring Tomahawks head coach Mike Letizia.
The 2019-20 season is fast approaching, and single game tickets will be on sale Monday, September 2 at 10:00 am on ticketmaster.com.

Tomahawks cancel weekend exhibition games.
Both Pre-Season games at North Rec Center in Ebensburg this Saturday and Sunday
(Aug 31 and Sept 1) between the Elmira Jr. Soaring Eagles and the Johnstown Tomahawks are cancelled due to a traffic accident last week that sent several members of the Elmira team to the hospital.
The Tomahawks will continue their player selection by hosting an intra-team scrimmage game on Sunday Sept 1, at 1pm at (NCRC) North Rec Center in Ebensburg.
The event is free of charge and open to the public.
