MIDDLETOWN - An early third period opening goal was enough for the Johnstown Tomahawks to edge past the Titans 2-0 in the game and 2-0 series lead.
Titans' goaltender Jack Berry made an initial save on a shot from the left circle, however, the rebound wound up on the opposite side. The puck came right to Zach Galambos and he capitalized on a wide-open net to open the scoring just 26 seconds into the third period.
Luke Lynch added an empty netter with a little more than over a minute to go in regulation to seal the win for the Tomahawks.
The series shifts to Johnstown where the Titans need to win to force a game four at the Cambria County War Memorial.
