Time Change for RoughRiders\' December 14 Game

Cedar Rapids, Iowa- The start time for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders' Sunday, December 14, home game against the Chicago Steel has been changed to 6:05PM, the RoughRiders announced today. The game was originally scheduled to start at 4:05PM, but has been shifted because the RoughRiders play the evening before in Danville.
"With the players getting home early Sunday morning after a long bus ride, we thought it would be best if they could get even a couple of more hours of rest," said RoughRiders president and CEO Pat Forciea. "We hope we're not inconveniencing anyone and we're hoping to see all of our fans at the game on Sunday evening."
Fans will still have the opportunity to skate with RoughRiders players after the December 14 game, as originally scheduled. Skate rental for "Skate with the RoughRiders" will be available free of charge to fans with a ticket stub for the December 14 game. Tickets for the December 14 game and all of the RoughRiders' remaining home games are now on sale at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office. Tickets can be purchased over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or in person at the ice arena. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days. Ticket prices range from $8.00 to $17.00 including a 50-cent facility fee.
