The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Wednesday they have signed Raptors 905 forward-centre Greg Smith to a 10-day contract.
In 17 games with Raptors 905 this season (12 starts), Smith is averaging 12.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 28.1 minutes. He has scored in double digits 12 times and has recorded six double-doubles.
In 131 career NBA regular season games with Houston (2011-14) and Dallas (2014-15), Smith has averaged 4.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 12.5 minutes.
Raptors 905 is back in action Thursday, March 3 when it plays host to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants at Hershey Centre in Mississauga at 7:30 p.m.
