
D-Fenders Acquire Jabari Brown

EL SEGUNDO - The Los Angeles D-Fenders have acquired guard Jabari Brown, it was announced today by General Manager Nick Mazzella.
Brown played 27 games in China this season for the Foshan Long Lions, averaging 32.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 32.6 minutes. The 6'4" shooting guard played in 22 games for the Los Angeles Lakers last season, tallying 11.9 points, 2.1 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 29.9 minutes.
Prior to his GATORADE Call-Up to the Lakers, Brown appeared in 39 games for the D-Fenders. The 2015 NBA Development League All-Star averaged a league-leading 24.4 points (45.7 FG%), 4.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals in 34.9 minutes.
