SAN JOSE, Calif. - Timbers2 recorded a second straight win bolstered by a pair of goals in each half, including a brace from Florián Monzón to secure a 4-2 home win against MNUFC2 at Providence Park on Saturday afternoon. Tega Ikoba also added a goal, converting from the penalty spot in the first half, while Victor Griffith added the fourth goal of the match for Portland.

POR - Florián Monzón (Dawson McCartney), 6th minute: Dawson McCartney dribbled down the left side of the field and played a cross into the center of the box for Florián Monzón, who converted from close range.
POR - Tega Ikoba (penalty kick), 20th minute: Portland was awarded a penalty kick and Tega Ikoba stepped to the stop, firing the ball into the right corner of the goal.
MIN - Kameron Lacey, 44th minute: Kameron Lacey pressed the Portland backline and deflected an attempted clearance into the back of the net from just outside the box.
POR - Florián Monzón (Keesean Ferdinand), 65th minute: Keesean Ferdinand delivered a low hard cross from the left edge of the box toward the middle of the goal. Monzón made a late run into the box and fired the ball into the net from the edge of the six-yard box.
POR - Victor Griffith (Josh Penn), 80th minute: Victor Griffith won the ball near midfield and made a surging run forward to the edge of the box. Griffith laid the ball off for Josh Penn, who quickly played the ball back to Griffith as he continued his run into the box and finished around the MNUFC2 goalkeeper coming off his line.
MIN - Kameron Lacey (Loic Mesanvi), 84th minute: Loic Mesanvi won the ball for Minnesota just outside Portland's box. Mesanvi turned and played a short pass down the left side of the box to Lacey, who converted from 12 yards out.
