
Timbers2 Call Sivert Haugli Back from From Loan for Remainder of 2022 Season

HILLSBORO, Ore. - Timbers2 have recalled defender Sivert Haugli from loan with Phoenix Rising FC for the remainder of the 2022 season, the club announced today. Haugli will be available for selection in T2's match against Sporting KC II on Aug. 14.
Selected in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by the Timbers, Haugli appeared in nine matches (5 starts) for Phoenix in the 2022 USL Championship season while on loan. In 2021, the Norwegian defender played with USL League Two side Des Moines Menace. Haugli appeared in nine matches for the Menace, scoring two goals in 598 minutes played. In his collegiate career, Haugli made 71 appearances (all starts) at Virginia Tech, scoring four goals and tallying three assists in his four-year career.
