The Midwest League All-Star Game was held on Tuesday, April 19 at Fifth Third Bank Ballpark in Geneva, Illinois.

The East defeated the West by a final of 18-2. The East scored five times in the first inning and eight more times in the second.

There were eight Wisconsin Timber Rattlers to appear in the game for the West Division. Below are their performances:
