
Timber Rattlers Homestand Highlights for May 16-21

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Carlos Gomez is scheduled to be a Wisconsin Timber Rattler for the first four games of the team's upcoming six game homestand at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium. The Rattlers host the Burlington Bees from May 16-18 and the Kane County Cougars from May 19-21 during the stretch of home games. Gomez, an outfielder for the Milwaukee Brewers, has been scheduled to appear in games from May 16 through May 19 as part of a rehabilitation assignment.
Full details on the promotions that are scheduled to occur during the homestand are below:
- WEDNESDAY, MAY 16 at 6:35pm; 105.7 WAPL Bang for Your Buck Night and College Night: Fans can take advantage of $1 Cher-Make hot dogs, $1 Pepsi Products, and $1 Miller Beers! Wednesday is also a College Night. College students may purchase reserved bleacher tickets for just $1 when presenting college ID at time of ticket purchase.
- THURSDAY, MAY 17 at 6:35pm; Slugger's Sports Bar Thirsty Thursday presented by 95.9 KISS FM; Jason Rogers Player Poster Giveaway; and College Night: The first 1,000 fans to attend this game will receive a poster of Timber Rattlers RBI leader Jason Rogers. This poster is the fourth in a series of ten that are to be given away during the 2012 season. Thursday is another night for college students to take advantage of $1 reserved bleacher tickets just for showing their college ID when they purchase the ticket. All fans can enjoy 16oz soda and beer for just $2 as part of Thirsty Thursday presented by Slugger's Sports Bar! After the game, those in attendance can take their ticket stub to Sluggers Sports Bar - located in Super Bowl on Northland Avenue - to win Miller Lite drinks and prizes.
- FRIDAY, MAY 18 at 6:35pm; North Shore Bank Family Night w/ Y100; Halloween in May: Break out the costumes and get ready to trick or treat! The Rattlers have a lot of spooky plots for Halloween in May! Plus, a North Shore Bank Family night means that children 12 and under eat free. After the game, children 14 and under may participate in Kids Run the Bases presented by Jernegan's Health Mart.
- SATURDAY, MAY 19 at 6:35pm; Fly Away Saturday from Funjet Vacations and Fox World Travel: Fly Away Saturday means that one lucky fan will win airfare for two from Funjet Vacations and Fox World Travel at this game!
- SUNDAY, MAY 20 at 1:05pm; Brewers Sunday presented by 107.5, The Fan; North Shore Bank Baseball Cap Giveaway: The first 1,000 fans to attend Sunday's game will receive a special baseball cap from North Shore Bank. Before the game fans can play catch on-field courtesy of 77 KIDS. Timber Rattlers players will be available for an autograph session after the game. Time Warner Cable customers can receive up to four half-priced reserved bleacher tickets when showing their TWC bill at time of ticket purchase. Players will be wearing Brewers-themed jerseys on-field during the game. Fond du Lac native Chad Pierce is scheduled to pitch in relief for the Timber Rattlers during this game. A high school doubleheader takes place after the Timber Rattlers game. Wrightstown and Seymour meet in game one. Omro faces Wautoma in game two.
- MONDAY, MAY 21 at 12:05pm; B104.7 Qdoba Q*Monday; Baker Tilly Business Persons & Senior Citizens Special: A day game means a Baker Tilly Business Persons Special. Show your business card when you purchase a ticket and for $11.50 you will receive a box seat ticket, a beverage and your choice of brat or hot dog. Fans may receive a free ticket to any Monday home game on the 2012 schedule when they purchase a lunch entrée at the Qdoba by the Fox River Mall on a B104.7 Qdoba Q*Monday. Stop by Qdoba for lunch on Monday and you can get a free ticket to any Monday home game the rest of the season. There will be a Fox Valley Association tilt between Appleton East and Menasha following the Rattlers game on Monday.
Fans are urged to purchase their tickets for these games in advance one of three ways: On-line at www.timberrattlers.com, over the phone at 800-WI-TIMBER, or in person at the Time Warner Cable Field Box Office. The box office is located at Fox Cities Stadium and is open on non-game days from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
