Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers are proud to announce the signing of forward Vasyl Spilka (Liberec, CZE) to a WHL Scholarship & Development Agreement.
Spilka was drafted in the second round of the 2023 CHL Import Draft at #87.
