
Tiger-Cats Name Football Operations Staff

Hamilton Tiger-Cats News Release
HAMILTON - Hamilton Tiger-Cats Vice President of Football Operations, General Manager and Head Coach Kent Austin today officially unveiled the team's football operations personnel for the 2014 season.
Eric Tillman Director of U.S. Scouting and U.S. Pro Personnel
Drew Allemang Director of Canadian Scouting
Shawn Burke Director of Football Operations
Spencer Zimmerman Coordinator, Scouting and Football Administration
Eric Tillman becomes the team's Director of U.S. Scouting and U.S. Pro Personnel after serving as a consultant with the Ticats in 2013. Tillman has over 20 years of experience in player personnel roles, including tenures as General Manager with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Ottawa Renegades, Toronto Argonauts and BC Lions.
Drew Allemang resumes his duties as Director of Canadian Scouting. Allemang has been a member of the football operations department since 2009 and will continue to direct the Ticats evaluation and development of Canadian players.
Shawn Burke will continue his role as Director of Football Operations. Burke has managed many facets of the football operations department, including administration of the salary management system, since 2011.
After joining the Ticats football operations department in 2013, Spencer Zimmerman will resume his position as Coordinator of Scouting and Football Administration.
As previously announced, John Zamberlin will serve as a U.S. Scout in addition to his role as Assistant Special Teams Coach.
BODANIS NAMED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
The Ticats also announced that Steve Bodanis has been appointed Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Bodanis, a former football player at York University, joins the Black and Gold with nine years of training expertise under his belt as a Sports Performance Coach at Sports Specific Training (SST).
