
Tiger-Cats Add Four D-Linemen

Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced today that the team has added import defensive linemen Jada Brown, Ronnell Brown, Shawn Crable and Brandon Gilbeaux to the roster.
Jada Brown, a 6-2, 265-pound native of College Park, Georgia, has suited up with the UFL's Virgina Destroyers and the Arena Football League's Kansas City Command after finishing his NCAA career at Memphis. In four years with the Tigers, Brown made 80 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, five quarterback sacks and one interception.
Ronnell Brown, a 6-2, 270-pound native of Chesapeake, Virginia, attended training camp with the NFL's Denver Broncos last season. He previously spent four years at James Madison, recording 87 tackles, 16.5 tackles for losses, 7.5 quarterback sacks and two interceptions en route to first-team All-CAA status is 2010.
Crable, a 6-5, 250-pound native of Massillon, Ohio, was selected in the third round (78th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots following an exceptional four-year stint at Michigan. In addition to his time with the Patriots, Crable has had stints with the NFL's New York Jets and UFL's Sacramento Mountain Lions.
Gilbeaux, a 6-3, 270-pound native of Washington, DC, took part in training camp with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010 and 2011 after wrapping up his collegiate career at Delaware. He earned first-team All-CAA recognition in 2009.
