
Tickets For Red Bulls Potential Playoff Match Go On Sale Friday

SECAUCUS, NJ (Tuesday, October 14, 2008) - Tickets for the New York Red Bulls' potential home playoff match will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 17 beginning at 11:00 AM through the Red Bulls ticket office by calling 1.877.RBSOCCER, by logging onto the official Red Bulls web site, www.newyorkredbulls.com, or through TicketMaster. Individual tickets to the home playoff match are priced at $25 per seat, while groups of 15 or more can purchase tickets for $20 per seat.
Beginning on Wednesday, October 15, Red Bulls Full Season and 8-Game Plan Holders will have an exclusive 2-day priority window when they can add on an unlimited amount of playoff seats at the group discount rate of $20. Four-game Plan Holders can purchase can add on unlimited seats at $25 per ticket during this time. Student of the Game youth soccer partners can purchase playoff seats during this window at a special discounted priced based on their partnership agreement.
New for 2008, the Red Bulls are also offering a Playoff Ticket Pack for just $94.95, whereby fans receive four tickets to the match and an 8x10 matted Juan Pablo Angel photo. This ticket offer begins on Friday, October 17.
The Red Bulls' first round home match will either be Thursday, October 30 or Saturday, November 1, with kick-off time to be determined. The Red Bulls look to clinch their sixth consecutive spot in the MLS playoffs this weekend when they host the Columbus Crew on Saturday, October 18. Game time is 7:30 PM at Giants Stadium (TV: MSG 2 / Radio WADO 1280 AM). At present, the Red Bulls hold the one of the two wild-card playoff positions and currently sit in the 8th position.
