ThunderBolts Host IHSA Super-Sectional Doubleheader on Monday

The road to the IHSA Baseball State Championships goes through Crestwood! The Windy City ThunderBolts are proud to once again host the 2012 IHSA Class 3A & 4A SuperSectional Championships at Standard Bank Stadium on Monday, June 4th! The class 3A game features the Simeon Acadamy Wolverines out of Chicago vs. Marion Catholic Spartans out of Chicago Heights. The class 4A game is a blockbuster matchup as local catholic league school Marist Redhawks takes on the Lyons Township Lions. Tickets for the whole day are $5.00 in a general admission seating format. Tickets will be on sale starting at 10 am on Monday at the Standard Bank Stadium box office only. The winners of each game will move on to the State Championships in Joliet!
There is no food or beverage allowed in the ballpark and concessions will be open. Alcoholic beverages will not be served. Parking will be charged by the Village of Crestwood at $2.00 a car. The ThunderBolts advise fans to arrive early as a near capacity crowd is expected.
