Trenton Thunder News Release
(Trenton, NJ) - The Trenton Thunder, the Double A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have announced that the team's Golden Retriever, Chase, is now the father of four male and two female puppies.
Chase's partner, Cyndarella, had the litter on January 26 and now that the puppies are one month old, the Thunder are happy to report that the six puppies are playful and healthy.
The Thunder will keep one dog to be trained as Chase's sidekick. This dog needs a name and Thunder fans are invited to visit www.trentonthunder.com to make a suggestion. The Thunder will be collecting suggestions until March 10, 2008 at which point they will narrow the results down to the top five choices. Fans will then be asked to vote for their top choice.
