WICHITA, KS - Wilfredo Pereira fired 5.1 scoreless frames and Andrew Marrero retired the Wind Surge in order in the 9th inning as three Springfield pitchers made a three-run top of the 1st inning stand in a 3-1 Cardinal win over Wichita at Riverfront Stadium on Friday night. The Cards have won three of the first four games of the series this week, snapping a three-series losing streak.
