(Saginaw, MI) Saginaw's Edward Pasquale was selected by the Atlanta Thrashers 117th overall in the fourth round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft Saturday. The 90-born goalie accumulated a 0.911 save percentage and 3.02 goals against average in 61 regular season games during 2008-2009, and backstopped the Spirit to their first second round showing in the OHL playoffs and started in all 8 of Saginaw's 2009 post season games. Pasquale is a native of Toronto, Ontario.
