Thorns FC Announce Schedule for 2020 NWSL Season

PORTLAND, Ore. - The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) today unveiled the full 24-game, 2020 regular-season schedule for Portland Thorns FC. Portland will open the 2020 season, presented by Providence Health & Services, at Providence Park, playing host to Utah Royals FC on Saturday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific).

Portland will play 12 home matches and 12 away matches during the 2020 season. The nine-team league features a single table and Thorns FC will play each of their eight opponents three times during the season, including two home matches against Cascadia rival Reign FC on May 16 and June 12.

Fans interested in purchasing Thorns FC Annual Memberships are encouraged to call the ticket office at (503) 553-5555 or email ticketsales@timbers.com . A special presale for Thorns FC Annual Members, Timbers Annual Members and members of the Timbers Annual Membership Wait List will take place on March 11. Single-game tickets will go on sale to the public on Thursday, March 12, at 10 a.m. (Pacific).

Tickets for the Thorns Spring Invitational, presented by Tillamook, from March 29-April 4 at Providence Park go on sale to the general public starting Thursday, Feb. 27, at 10 a.m. (Pacific) online at www.thornsfc.com . Full tournament ticket packages also will be available for purchase online. Tickets for the tournament are included in Thorns FC Annual Memberships.

The full television broadcast schedule for the 2020 season will be announced at a later date.
