The Edmonton Roadrunners are currently tied for 6th in the North Division with 74 points and have a 30-30- 4-10 record... The Roadrunners are 3-6-0-1 in their last 10 games and are 18-13-0-5 at home this season... Edmonton is ranked 19th while on the powerplay at 14.7% and are 8th while killing penalties at 86.2%... RW Tony Salmelianen leads the team with 43 points (20G,23A) in 70 games this season... Goaltender Tyler Moss has an 23-18-4 record, five shutouts, a 2.60 GAA and a .907 save percentage... LW Radffi Torres has 5 points (2G,3A) in his last five games... The Maple Leafs are 8-0 against the Roadrunners this season.

MAPLE LEAFS PLAYER OF THE WEEK...
The St. John's Maple Leafs have nominated center Brett Engelhardt as the team's CCM Vector / AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Sunday, April 3rd. Last week, Engelhardt tallied five points (3G,2A), was +3, had five shots on net and two penalty minutes in four games. This is Engelhardt's first nominations as Maple Leafs Player of the Week.
AHL ROOKIE OF THE MONTH...
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League announced that Manitoba Moose defenseman Kevin Bieksa has been named the Reebok AHL Rookie of the Month for March. In 13 games, Bieksa registered nine points and a plus-11 rating for the Moose.
Bieksa's month featured an assist in three straight games from Mar. 6-11, as well as a five-game scoring streak from Mar. 17-26. Bieksa had an assist and was a plus-3 in a 5-2 win at Milwaukee on Mar. 17, and recorded the game-winning goal and added an assist in Manitoba's 6-4 win over St. John's on Mar. 24. Manitoba was 5-5-2-1 on the month to maintain its hold on second place in the North Division.

The Baby Leafs take on the Rochester Americans next Monday & Wednesday at Mile One Stadium in what could be a preview of the North Division Final!
St. John's will close out their 14th and final regular season with two games next weekend, April 15th & 16th, against the Edmonton Roadrunners.
LITTLE'S 200TH AHL VICTORY NAMED CCM AHL MILESTONE OF THE MONTH
The American Hockey League has named Philadelphia Phantoms goaltender Neil Little the recipient of the CCM AHL Milestone of the Month award for March.
On Mar. 4, Little made 33 saves in a 4-0 victory over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard. The shutout was the 200th win of Little's American Hockey League career, a plateau reached by only 10 other goaltenders in the league's 69-year history.
A native of Medicine Hat, Alta., the 33-year-old Little has a mark of 13-6-0 with three shutouts in 23 appearances this season. He led the Phantoms to a Calder Cup championship in 1998 and played in the AHL All-Star Classic in 2002. Little's career record now stands at 201-145-41 in 415 career AHL games with Philadelphia and Hershey.
CHICAGO'S KARI LEHTONEN NAMED KOHO AHL GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH
Kari Lehtonen of the Chicago Wolves has been named the Koho AHL Goaltender of the Month for March. In 10 starts last month, Lehtonen posted a record of 9-1-0 with a 2.57 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage, leading the Wolves into first place in the West Division. Lehtonen won his first nine decisions of March, running his personal winning streak to 13 games.
He made at least 40 saves in a game four times during the month, all in one-goal wins on the road. His 33rd win of the season, against Edmonton on Mar. 16, established a Wolves franchise record.

- The St. John's Maple Leafs have 482 wins in franchise history as of April 4, 2005. The Leafs have 42 wins so far this season, 2nd only to 1993-94 when the team had 45 wins.

THIS WEEK IN LEAFS HISTORY...
April 5, 1994 - The Leafs edge the Saint John Flames 6-5 at Harbour Station to establish a new franchise record for points in a season.
April 8, 1992 - First Playoff game in franchise history is pre-empted by a power outage at Memorial Stadium during the 2nd period intermission with Cape Breton leading the Leafs 2-1. When the power cannot be restored, the game is called and will be continued the following night.
April 6,1997 - St. John's native Warren Norris scores his first pro goal and Rob Butz and Danny Markov each add a goal and assist as the Leafs edge the Hershey Bears 4-3 at the Hershey Park Arena in their final road game of the regular season schedule.
