The Distillery to Host Annual Amerks "Meet the Players" Party October 8

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today that The Distillery, a longtime sponsor of the Amerks, will host its annual Meet the Players Party at the restaurant's Mt. Hope location on Wednesday, Oct. 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as the Amerks get set to open the 2014-15 American Hockey League season.

Amerks players and coaches will be on hand at the event to meet fans and sign autographs while iHeartMedia radio host John DiTullio will broadcast his daily sports talk show live from The Distillery on FOX Sports 1280 Rochester from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

"The annual Meet the Players Party hosted by our good friends at The Distillery is an event we look forward to every year," said Amerks Vice President of Business Operations Rob Kopacz. "The players, coaches and staff always enjoy the opportunity to meet and get re-acquainted with the great hockey fans of Rochester who support the team each and every year."

The Distillery will offer food and drink specials throughout the event, while fans can spin the prize wheel for the chance to win great prizes from the Amerks and Distillery.

The Distillery is located at 1142 Mt. Hope Avenue in Rochester.

Amerks 2014-15 Individual Game Tickets are now on sale and start at just $12. Season Tickets start as low as just $6 per game.
