Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
The Blue Wahoos are back in the Southern League Playoffs for the fourth straight year! Playoff tickets are available now for the entire postseason. The best-of-five series starts Wednesday in Biloxi for Games 1 and 2. The series will shift to Pensacola for Game 3 on Friday night.
Playoff Scenarios:
Division Champs
IF the Blue Wahoos win Monday AND Biloxi loses, Pensacola would be South Division Second Half Champions
THEN the Blue Wahoos would host Games 4 and 5 (if necessary) on Saturday and Sunday at Blue Wahoos Stadium.
Wild Card
IF either the Blue Wahoos lose OR the Shuckers win on Monday, Biloxi would win the Division and the Blue Wahoos would be the Wild Card winner.
THEN Friday's game at Blue Wahoos Stadium would be Pensacola's only home game of the series and the other four would be played in Biloxi.
The Blue Wahoos are only the second team this decade, to qualify for the Southern League Playoffs in four consecutive years. Don't miss it as your Blue Wahoos look to become back-to-back Southern League Champions.
