The Everett Silvertips have a pair of Thanksgiving games this week! Join us for a giveaway night on Thanksgiving Eve, followed by a rivalry matchup on Black Friday! Here's what you need to know:
Silvertips vs Saskatoon Blades - Wednesday, 11/22
Puck drop: 7:05 p.m. (Doors open 5:45 p.m. for Season Ticket Holders, 6 p.m. for general public)

Game notes: The Saskatoon Blades (15-6-0-0, 30 pts) are currently the #6 team in the CHL Top-10 Power Rankings and own the second-best points percentage in the Western Hockey League. The current Eastern Conference leaders will be on the second leg of a back-to-back, as they play Tuesday night in Wenatchee. The Blades are led by captain and overager Trevor Wong (6 goals, 30 assists in 21 games) and Anaheim Ducks draftee Egor Sidorov (20 goals, 9 assists in 19 games). Saskatoon is the former team of current Silvertips netminder Ethan Chadwick.
Alumni Note: This will be Brennan Sonne's first game back at Angel of the Winds Arena since 2017. Sonne played for Everett from 2005-07, and later served as an assistant coach from 2014-17. He is currently the Blades' head coach.

Game notes: This is the fourth of eight meetings between the Silvertips and Portland Winterhawks (13-5-0-1, 27 pts). Portland is currently ranked #5 in the CHL Top-10 Power Rankings and boast the third-best points percentage in the WHL. Everett very nearly staged a dramatic comeback on Sunday night in Portland, as the team rallied from down 5-1 to cut the deficit to 5-4 in the third period before an empty-netter iced the game. Austin Roest finished with two goals and an assist on the game, with Julius Miettinen collecting three assists.
