Tennessee Prepared to Battle Thunderbolts

Tennessee River Sharks News Release


The Tennessee River Sharks (2-2) meet the Lakeland Thunder Bolts (4-0) at Camp Jordan Arena this Saturday night. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. The Thunder Bolts are leading the South Division of the Atlantic Conference while the River Sharks are tied with Cincinnati for second spot in their North division.

"This is an important game for us." Coach Chris Carter said. "We need to get over the .500 mark. This will be a good test of where we are." The Thunder Bolts rolled over the Montgomery Maulers last week 66-33. The Maulers gave the Sharks a defeat on the road just a few weeks ago.

"The Thunder Bolts are an excellent team." Carter said. "We are a greatly improved team. We'll see how far we've come the Saturday night."

Tickets for the game this week can be purchased at Applebee's on Brainard Rd, Fowl Play on Lee Highway, Ladies Paradise on Shallowford, all Sports Barn locations, Applebee's Walnut Ave, Dalton, Mattress City in Cleveland and will be available at the Camp Jordan box office from 10:00 AM to kickoff this Saturday.
