Lincoln Stars News Release

Our Teddy Bear Toss game may have been postponed, but we are still partnering with Community Action to ensure the donation of teddy bears and stuffed animals for families this holiday season!

We'll be hosting a Drive Thru event at the Ice Box on December 18th from 3-7 p.m. as part of our Stars in the Community initiative, sponsored by BMW.

Stop by the Ice Box parking lot and drop off your furry friends for a good cause! You can also donate teddy bears from the comfort of your own home by purchasing one bear for $8 or three for $20. Preorder yours on ETIX and we'll take care of the rest!

We'll also be offering Hot Chocolate for $3 and Adult Hot Chocolate (Bailey's w/Rumchata) for $5 to-go!

There's also a Stars-themed incentive attached to the drive! If we collect 1000 bears/stuffed animals, the team will sing "The Christmas Song" by Alvin and the Chipmunks and we'll post the video on social media. If we collect 1500, the captains will also sing "All I Want For Christmas is You" by Mariah Carey!

So, if you want to hear the lovely, festive pipes of Stars players like Jake Boltmann and Zach Urdahl, you'll want to get your bears in ASAP! Make a family's holiday today by purchasing a teddy bear!

Can't make it to the Ice Box on the 18th? Drop off your stuffed animals at the box office starting December 14th during normal business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
