FRESNO, Calif. –The Taylor Cup Tour 2002 is in full swing. After several tour stops this past week, the Cup is poised to get back on the road and greet fans all over the Central Valley.

Review...

· Wednesday, June 12 - Several Falcons players and the Cup were at the grand opening of Budget Rent a Car's newest location in Clovis.

· Thursday, June 13 – Friday, June 14 – The Cup traveled Las Vegas for the WCHL Board of Governor's Meetings at The Mirage.

· Thursday, June 13 – Several members of the Falcons attended the Merced Farmer's Market on Thursday evening.

· Saturday, June 15 – A busy day for the Cup as it was at the Chandler Airport for the "KJWL Father's Day Fly In" from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. before it joined Freddie Falcon at the Clinique counter at Gottschalks in the Fashion Fair Mall for a special Father's Day promotion.

This Week on the Tour...

·Monday, June 17 – Falcons players Terry Friesen, Kirk DeWaele, Joe Frederick and Mike Mathers will participate in the "Drive with Heart" Celebrity Golf Classic at Copper River Country Club to benefit the American Heart Association.

·Tuesday, June 18 – The Cup will spend the day at Hedrick's Hallowell Chevrolet in Clovis beginning at 10 a.m.

·Thursday, June 20 – The Cup will go country as it ventures out to the KISS Country Unplugged Summer Concert at Woodward Park. Several Falcons players and front office staff will be on hand to enjoy a night of country music with the Cup. Gates for the event will open at 5 p.m. with the concert beginning at 6:45 p.m.

·Friday, June 21 – The Cup will spend the day in Clovis, as it travels to the Washington Mutual branch at Shaw and Fowler.

·Saturday, June 22 – The busy week for the Cup will conclude with a trip to All Pro Hockey & Sport at Gateway Ice Center to celebrate their 7th Anniversary. The store will open at 8 a.m. and the Cup will be there all day.
