Minot, ND - The Minotauros are proud to announce the Tender signing of Chase LaPinta. LaPinta, a forward, already committed to Arizona State for the 2023-24 season, currently plays for the legendary Shattuck St. Mary's u18 program where he has seven goals and 15 assists through 18 games this season.

Tauros Head Coach and General Manager believes the Tauros added a big piece for next season; "Chase is a very skilled smooth skating forward. His skill set will allow him to produce in junior hockey and his tenacity up and down the rink will make him extremely difficult to play against for our opponents. We are thrilled to be apart of Chase's development prior to his arrival at ASU."

LaPinta describes himself as a two-way player who, "looks to make the right play when on offense. I am competitive but also disciplined. Good skater that can make up for a mistake." He says he chose Minot because, "because it is a great organization with great coaching staff and it felt like a good place for me."
